VP of Advancement

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon grants the wishes of local children with critical illnesses and seeks a Full-Time Vice President of Development to lead all aspects of mission advancement.  Major and Planned Giving focused Development professional would be the ideal candidate with 7+ years experience in nonprofit fundraising for $4M+ annual budgets. Management experience is strongly preferred as this position will manage a team of four experienced fundraisers and work collaboratively with a much broader team locally and nationally.  Relationship-based fundraising with up-to-date best practice use of technology and methods of complex giving would be ideal.  This position allows for some hybrid workdays and is based in Portland, OR.  Make-A-Wish offers full benefits including generous PTO and paid holidays.  Some travel is required.
