This summer, Fairmont Pittsburgh is offering a berry special treat to help fund local wishes! 

From June 23 to December 31, 2025, Fairmont Pittsburgh and fl. 2 will be serving its newest dessert, Wish Berry Delight.
Inspired by the nostalgic Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Wish Berry Delight reinterprets this classic with refined pastry techniques. Featuring light sponge cake and layers of sweet and salty flavors, it combines premium ingredients to create a sophisticated, yet heartwarming dessert.

$5 from every Wish Berry Delight sold will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish.
