Two 6-year-old boys from Camden and Florence had their wishes come true on Tuesday. Samaree and Dalton were sworn into the New Jersey State Police by Col. Patrick Callahan.

A special Make-A-Wish was granted for two 6-year-olds fighting different illnesses Tuesday as they got sworn into the New Jersey State Police Department, cruising with cops from across our area.

Dalton Swain wished to become a cop to fight bad guys, but on Tuesday, his first day as a state trooper, there were no bad guys in sight. Dalton and fellow 6-year-old Samaree Johnson instead were surrounded by good guys.

The boys got a swearing-in ceremony and the chance to make an "arrest."

Five-year-old Delany Henry was missing her regular playground, so one was brought to her.

It was a magical time at the Samuel & Josephine Plumeri Wishing Place Monday where there were unicorns, rainbows, sparkles and a fairy princess named Violet Spiliotes.

There was pure happiness in Monroe Township, N.J. Monday morning as Make-A-Wish granted a wish unlike any other.
