Waffles & Wishes 2023 Event Recap

An event recap of our 2023 Waffles & Wishes, Elliot holds and a zoo handler holds a baby alligator.
On April 28, 2023, Make-A-Wish held its Annual Waffles & Wishes event in Erie, PA. 

It was an incredible morning of wishes both old and new! Attendees shared in the transformative power of wishes by hearing the stories of wish alumni and volunteers, and by helping to reveal Elliot’s wish to meet the Kratt brothers, hosts of the educational show Wild Kratts. Thanks to the Erie Zoo, Elliot celebrated his wish reveal with some animal friends like a llama and mini alligators.
