Planned Giving
By including Make-A-Wish® of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia in your estate plans, you can provide the resources necessary to grant inspiring wishes for children now and in the future.
A deferred gift can help you balance your financial goals and your charitable interests - all while possibly achieving significant tax benefits. A planned gift, such as a bequest in your will or trust, life insurance designations, or stock donation ensures your support for the children we serve well into the future. You'll do more than help grant wishes, you'll create a legacy that will impact our wish kids for years to come.
Please let us know if you’ve named Make-A-Wish® of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia in your estate.
Preferred bequest language
Adding a bequest to your will or living trust can be as simple as adding a single sentence – take this to your attorney to use as a starting point:
“I hereby give _______% (or a specific amount or a percentage of the remainder) of my estate to Make-A-Wish® of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia.”
