Student Fundraising

Introduction

Kids For Wish Kids is a unique program managed by kids, for kids. School groups, scout groups, church groups and more can participate. The program builds team spirit and gives students hands-on experience fundraising to help create life-changing wishes for kids fighting critical illnesses. Kids take the lead to brainstorm fundraising ideas, create action plans and manage everything from start to finish.

Middle and high school students who launch the Kids For Wish Kids program in their communities can gain real-world experience in community relations, teamwork, leadership, public speaking and marketing. It is a perfect option for students with community service requirements, service-oriented clubs such as Key Clubs, and teenagers who just want to give back!

Why Should Your Group Participate?

We are encouraging local schools and groups to support Make-A-Wish virtually. Right now, more children with critical illnesses are waiting for their wishes than ever before because of the pandemic. They may be struggling with sadness, isolation, and new health concerns, but your group can help give them hope.
