We are thrilled to introduce the Illuminate World Wish Month initiative for April 2026—a celebration of the life-changing wishes granted to children with critical illnesses across the globe, and especially here in the Rio Grande Valley.
This year, our goal is bold and beautiful: to grant one wish per week throughout April. With the support of our community, we aim to spark hope, joy, and unforgettable experiences. Leading up to World Wish Month, we’ll be launching and partnering with a dedicated team of WishMakers—local champions who will help bring these dreams to life. We’re also building excitement through storytelling, outreach, and shared purpose, ensuring that every wish granted is a celebration for the entire community. We invite you to join us in making wishes come true. Together, we can create a truly transformative experience for our children and our community.
The mission of Illuminate World Wish Month is a simple one: To spark hope and illuminate wishes. Wishes would not be possible without caring supporters like you. By partnering with Make-A-Wish Rio Grande Valley and like minded community leaders, our are bringing hope, strength, and joy to our children when they need it most.
