For an unrestricted gift that allows Make-A-Wish to determine how to use the funds based on the most pressing needs, use the following language for your will and/or trust:

I give the sum of $___ or ___% to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Hampshire, 814 Elm Street, Suite 300, Manchester, NH 03101(Tax ID: 02-0405369) to be used or disposed of as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
