Make-A-Wish New Jersey celebrated another year of granting life-changing wishes in the Garden State at its annual Gala on Thursday June 13th, honoring special friends of the foundation and fulfilling the wishes of multiple local children battling critical illnesses. The celebration took place at the Samuel & Josephine Plumeri Wishing Place, a magical and whimsical castle and wish-granting facility in Monroe Township that Make-A-Wish New Jersey calls home. Complete with live and silent auction excitement, the annual Gala raised over $1 Million.

Certified Financial Services, LLC (CFS) will once again host the longest-running charity event in support of Make-A-Wish® New Jersey, going on its 33rd year. Contributing to an accumulated value of over $1 million, CFS has surpassed its annual donation in providing the charity with a check of $75,000 from its 32nd Annual Tee Off for the Kids golf outing. The charity golf outing started 33 years ago headed by Honorary Chairman, Bill Getherall, and has grown into a prominent event within New Jersey.

The annual golf outing continues to make a significant impact, adding to an accumulated contribution of well over $1 Million to Make-A-Wish since it began in 1987. The charity golf outing has been hosted at North Jersey Country Club every year since its inception, headed by Honorary Chairman, Bill Getherall. It has grown into a prominent event within New Jersey and is the longest-running community fundraiser in the history of Make-A-Wish New Jersey.
