CFS Brings Charity Event in Support of Make-A-Wish® New Jersey to New Heights

Monroe Township, NJ - Certified Financial Services, LLC (CFS) hosted its annual charity event (now in its 33rd year) in support of Make-A-Wish® New Jersey, on Monday August 5th at North Jersey Country Club in Wayne, New Jersey. The annual golf outing continues to make a significant impact, adding to an accumulated contribution of well over $1 Million to Make-A-Wish since it began in 1987. The charity golf outing has been hosted at North Jersey Country Club every year since its inception, headed by Honorary Chairman, Bill Getherall. It has grown into a prominent event within New Jersey and is the longest-running community fundraiser in the history of Make-A-Wish New Jersey.
Today, under the leadership of Chairman Craig Feinberg, and supported by a dedicated committee, the annual Tee Off for the Kids has been taken to new heights, attracting local businesses, families, and individuals all interested in supporting the mission of CFS and Make-A-Wish New Jersey.
“The power of a wish and what it does for a wish child and their family is indescribable,” Craig Feinberg expressed. “The focus of our golf outing is to support Make-A-Wish New Jersey by helping them grant every wish that comes through their doors. Each year we strive to raise monies that exceed the previous year.”
Since 1983, Make-A-Wish New Jersey has created life-changing wishes for nearly 11,000 children in the Garden State. In the fight against a critical illness, a wish helps kids look past their limitations, families overcome anxiety and entire communities experience joy. Make-A-Wish New Jersey granted 560 wishes in its most recent fiscal year.
