Join us as we celebrate World Wish Month with workout classes to energize, push you and help grant the wishes of kids with critical illnesses! This year we are thrilled to be partnering with fantastic gyms and instructors from all over New York City. Physique57 Trainer Torrey welcomes back the Make-A-Wish community for another special one-hour long signature barre class, where all levels are welcome. You’ll increase cardiovascular endurance and tone every muscle group from head to toe. Get energized by our proprietary process of Interval Overload- high intensity, low-impact sequences combining strength training, cardio, and stretching.
