Join the Make-A-Wish Women's Council as we celebrate World Wish Day with workout classes to energize, push you and help grant the wishes of kids with critical illnesses!  They partner with fantastic gyms and instructors from all over New York City to bring you workouts that grant wishes.

Rumble Boxing Tribeca - Tuesday, April 25th at 11:00AM (60 spots)       

Rumble Boxing is a 45-minute, 10-round, full-body cardio and strength workout crafted around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training. 

Presher Fitness, Mat Pilates - Thursday, April 27th at 5:30 PM (30 spots)

Mat Pilates is a dynamic, total body workout that helps to strengthen and tone your core, hips, and thighs with a warm-up, cool-down and light stretching sequence. DOGPOUND Tribeca Studio - Saturday, April 29th - 1:30PM (40 spots)

Help celebrate Make-A-Wish World Wish Day and join personal trainers as they lead us through a fun full body in-person workout! This will be DOGPOUND'S 4th year supporting Wish Workout! DOGPOUND is known for unique, fun and unorthodox training methods and is often attended by athletes, celebrities and influencers in NYC and LA.
