Make-A-Wish Metro New York Women's CouncilÂ
The Women’s Council is comprised of wish granters, wish moms and professional women who are dedicated to helping Make-A-Wish Metro New York and Western New York achieve its mission of creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Women’s Council members utilize their talents and leadership skills to raise awareness of and support for Make-A-Wish. Their contribution of time, resources and funds makes an immediate and substantial impact on the lives of children and their families.
There are many ways to accomplish that goal:
- Promoting Make-A-Wish to our networks and communities
- Providing specific volunteer assistance with granting wishes
- Organizing and attending annual fundraising events
- Providing individual financial support
There are two tiers of membership:Â
$1,000 annual donation, monthly/committee meetings and wish-granting volunteer participation required.
