Fall Fest - Halloween Costume Contest

 Halloween Costume Contest Guidelines

Get spooky with our first virtual Halloween costume contest! In October, we are launching a new event to bring all our Minnesota friends together virtually to celebrate fall.  One element of the event will be an online Halloween costume contest!  To participate, simply submit a photo of a Halloween costume that falls within the themes provided below. Five finalists from each theme will advance to the online voting portion of the contest.  The costume that raises the most funds within each theme will win a $25 gift card to Target!  This contest is open to all.

Photos must be received by Make-A-Wish Minnesota staff by October 23, 2020 to be considered. All participants must complete the following photo release form to be considered for selection.

Submission Details:

• Please take a photo of your Halloween costume(s) and submit the photo and your photo release form to Alicia Wiesneth in one of the following ways:

• Please include the following information with your photo:
  • Name
  • Theme Chosen
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
     
• Please select one of the following fall themes for your costume(s):
  • Family costumes
  • Pet costumes
  • Adult costumes
  • Kid costumes
