Responsible for the coding and entering of gifts into constituent database. Processes donor acknowledgements, as necessary, and helps to maintain accuracy and consistency of the Foundation’s gift and constituent data. Acts as a backup to the Director.
As the Donor Services Coordinator you will:

Creates all gift batches in Salesforce including pledges, pledge payments, cash gifts, gifts-in-kind, matching gifts, soft credits and tributes to include linking gifts to proposals

Works with Finance and Revenue Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of gift data

Manages the process of generating receipts for event gifts through Salesforce.

Manages the process of generating acknowledgement letters, as necessary, and receipts as well as producing and sending tribute cards.

Performs donor relations actions such as personal calls to thank the donors or to clarify giving information.

Enters offline gifts and sponsorships into Luminate.

Runs reports in Luminate and other 3rd party systems.

Works alongside Director Data & Info Services to create reports in Salesforce

Creates wish gift-in-kind batches

Creates appeals, event records, price books, etc. in Salesforce.

Performs data cleansing projects

Provides data needs for grant applications.

Assists Revenue Team, as needed, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in event data.

Manages donor data across all platforms to include data hygiene, coding, and reporting.

Performs other duties as required or assigned

Education: High School Diploma or work experience
Experience: Two (2) years of general office and administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
Computer/System Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Luminate fundraising software preferred
