Bethany's Wish for Adventure

Meet Bethany, a bright-eyed 3-year-old from Middleburg, Virginia. Bethany’s smile is as contagious as her love for travel with her family of eight. However, epilepsy makes exploring the world a bit more challenging for her. It takes time for Bethany to adjust to new environments, and frequent hospital visits can disrupt travel plans. 

Bethany’s wish is for a camping trailer, a home away from home on wheels. With a trailer, Bethany can ease into new places at her own pace, with the comfort and familiarity of her own space. No matter where the road takes her, she will always have a cozy and familiar place to sleep, allowing her to quickly pick up and enjoy the adventure. 

Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic gifted Bethany and her family a camping trailer for them to all enjoy together. On the day of the wish reveal, the camper was decorated with balloons, signs, and presents! We are so excited for Bethany and her family to travel together in the trailer. 

This trailer is not just about comfort; it is about creating lasting memories for Bethany and her entire family. The trailer will be a haven for togetherness, allowing them to spend quality time exploring new destinations and strengthening their bond. Their next family trip cannot come soon enough, and with the trailer Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic granted her, Bethany will be right at home, ready to explore with a smile on her face.
