Many companies encourage employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions. That means the impact of your gift to Make-A-Wish® may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies even match donations made by retirees and/or spouses.

If you do not find your employer in this search, please contact your human resources or matching gifts department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program with Make-A-Wish.
My company participates - what's next?
- Obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your human resources office or simply fill out the online form provided in the lookup tool above.
- Fill in the Employee section of the form and mail it to your local Make-A-Wish chapter along with your donation.

- We will complete the form and return it to your employer's matching gifts office for processing. The company will send its matching donation directly to Make-A-Wish.
Some companies disburse matching gifts on a quarterly or yearly schedule. To reduce administrative expenses, the Foundation will not forward a notice to employees when matching contributions are received. If you ever have a question about your company's matching donation, contact your human resources or matching gifts department.
