Thanks to Macy's and Make-A-Wish, 6-year-old Elizabeth's dream of becoming a dress designer came true! In the midst of battling Leukemia, Elizabeth designed a lovely floral dress, then debuted it at a fashion show in a Macy's store. That beautiful dress is available to purchase at select Macy's stores and online, so Elizabeth is already a very accomplished girl!
