After being diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disorder that limits his mobility, many of the outdoor activities Dominick loves became increasingly difficult to access. But at just 13 years old, Dominick has never let his diagnosis define him.

An avid outdoorsman and Scout, Dominick dreams of hitting the trails and experiencing nature alongside his family. His wish for an Action Track Chair gives him the freedom to chase every adventure.

On April 11, Dominick’s wish came true with a special live reveal at the 2026 Wish Night gala.

"We are incredibly proud of Dom. Not only for all he has accomplished so far, but for strength, resilience, and light he carries with him each day. He inspires our family more than he will ever know. He is deeply loved and we are honored to celebrate this special moment with him," Elizabeth, Dominick's mom shared.
