Workplace giving offers employers and employees many unique ways to help make wishes come true for Wisconsin children. 

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)- #72371 
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the outlet for federal employees to show their philanthropic commitment. To help make wishes come true with your CFC contribution, use the CFC code #72371 for Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin on your campaign pledge card. 

United Way of Milwaukee & Waukesha County - #43540 
While the Foundation is not a United Way agency, you can designate the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin on your pledge form to help support the wishes of Wisconsin children. Simply write in our number 43540. 

United Way of Dane County - #373 
Make-A-Wish Wisconsin is a United Way Partner Agency and you can designate the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin on your pledge form to help support the wishes of Wisconsin children. Simply write in our number 373. 

Creating Healthier Communities - #43540 
If your employer participates in CHC (formerly Community Health Charities) payroll deduction program, please select Make-A-Wish Wisconsin as your charity of choice. You'll find us listed under Creating Healthier Communities. Our number is 43540.

Payroll Deductions 
You can participate in your company’s payroll deduction program. Simply designate Make-A-Wish Wisconsin as the recipient of your donation. Contributions can be made in several ways: 

  • Any amount can be withheld from each paycheck 
  • Quarterly donations can be withheld from paychecks 
  • A one-time donation can be withheld from a paycheck 

Employer Matching Gift Programs 
Companies matching employee donations have the opportunity to further increase support of Make-A-Wish through the workplace. As a part of the Wishmakers at Work® program, employees and employers will experience many benefits, including:
