In August 2025, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties held its annual golf tournament for its Capital Region market at Van Patten Golf Club in Clifton Park, raising more than $10,000 to benefit Make-A-Wish Vermont & Northeast New York. 

The event brought together more than one hundred Coldwell Banker Prime Properties agents, staff, industry partners, and community members for a day of fun, friendly competition, and generosity; all to help grant life-changing wishes for local children facing critical illnesses. 

The tournament was made possible thanks to everyone who attended and the generous support of Presenting Sponsor Homestead Funding Corp., Supporting Sponsors SMPR Title Agency, Inc., Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs P.C., Hover & Mackowski, PLLC, and more than twenty local businesses and individuals who contributed as flag, beverage, and raffle sponsors.

Since its inception, the Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Golf Tournament has raised tens of thousands of dollars to help grant wishes for children across Vermont and Northeast New York. Each dollar raised helps bring hope, strength, and joy to children during their healing journeys, advancing Make-A-Wish’s mission to create life-changing experiences for kids facing critical illnesses.
