Theresa's Wish to go to Alaska

Growing up in Pearland, 18-year-old Theresa has not had many opportunities to experience a “real” winter. When it was time to choose her wish, she decided on a vacation to Alaska to see snow and the northern lights! After playing in the snow every day, going dog sledding, and hanging out with reindeer, Theresa was all smiles.

Before her trip, PJ's Coffee hosted a send-off celebration for her. Theresa arrived in a flurry of snow on an 80-degree afternoon (thanks to a snow machine provided by PJ’s staff!). After PJ’s Executive Vice President and General Manager David Mesa and franchise owner Michael Valladolid presented Theresa with her surprise itinerary for her trip, the PJ’s team invited her behind the counter to learn how to make her favorite drink! Saying it was “the most fun she’s ever had,” Theresa spent more than hour making specialty coffees and other beverages for her friends and family!
