Throughout her battle with a brain tumor, Nova has remained very energetic and considers herself to be a real-life Disney princess. For her wish, Nova combined her favorite activities—she wanted a playhouse fit for royalty, where she and her puppy, Ruby can host Ariel, Belle, and the rest of their princess friends.

On the day of her wish reveal, Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana and local partner, Discover surprised Nova at her home in Rosharon, with the “grand opening” of her palace. Surrounded by family, friends, and representatives from Discover, Nova led a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by a tour of her castle.
