15-year-old Katt returned to Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to thank the doctors, nurses and medical teams who stood by her side throughout her journey. 

"These amazing nurses and doctors have been with us during our darkest hours and have brought us light," shared Katt's parents. 

"Everyone cared for me as if I were their own child, and they were always there whenever I needed them," said Katt. 

Katt's visit was a powerful reminder that hope is built through the meaningful relationships between families, health professionals, and caring communities that support children during their most challenging moments.
