During Deni’s treatment for a brain tumor, she had to leave her pets at home and find care, and Deni saw firsthand how tough it can be to leave our furry friends behind. She selflessly wished to help others facing the same challenge and wished to have a home away from home for pets of children receiving treatment. Since pets are not typically allowed in hospitals, she wanted the pet daycare to be close to the local hospital so that kids can easily visit their pets while receiving treatment. We are honored to share Deni’s inspirational story and are looking forward to seeing all the lives touched by her wish.

Rover Oaks hosted a wonderful wish celebration for Deni where she received a tour of the facility and a plaque that will be displayed in the building to commemorate her wish and share her story with others.
