8-Year-Old Eunice Wish Kid Claude Receives Surprise Send-off to Nintendo World on Tuesday, April 2 

Make-A-Wish and Sponsor Stuller Family Foundation partner to bring hope, joy and strength to local child  

WHAT: Enthralled by Nintendo games, Wish Kid Claude, age 8, from Eunice, will receive the surprise he never dreamed of with the help of Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana and sponsor Stuller Family Foundation. Claude, who suffers from congenital heart disease, will learn on Tuesday, April 2 that he will be heading to Super Nintendo World the week of April 14. While there, he will ride Yoshi’s Adventure and meet Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi!  

At his wish send off, employees and Stuller family members will gather to host a one-of-a-kind sendoff party for Claude and his family members (Mom, Dad and older sister Olivia will be joining the fun).  

Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana spans 47 Texas counties and the entire state of Louisiana. In 2023, the chapter granted nearly 200 wishes for Louisiana children alone. Currently the chapter has 280 Louisiana children waiting for their wish to be granted.
