As the centerpiece of Wish Weekend, Wish Night presented by Paradigm Therapeutics is an immersive celebration of hope, community and impact.

Held at Wild Dunes Resort, the evening features powerful wish stories, live wish reveals, exceptional dining, live and silent auctions, and opportunities to witness firsthand how wishes help children build the strength and resilience needed to face a critical illness.

More than a gala, Wish Night brings together a community united by a shared purpose: creating life-changing wishes for children across South Carolina.

A Weekend of Hope

From the Welcome Party on Friday evening to the Farewell Brunch on Sunday, Wish Weekend offers meaningful opportunities to connect with our mission, celebrate wish families and support children across South Carolina who are waiting for a wish. The weekend is designed to inspire connection, generosity and purpose while creating unforgettable memories for guests and wish families alike.

The Wish Night gala welcomes corporate partners, community leaders, supporters and wish families for an unforgettable evening where guests experience the impact of a wish firsthand. Throughout the night, attendees have the unique opportunity to interact with wish kids and families, hear their stories, celebrate alongside them and witness live wish reveals that remind us all of the extraordinary power of a wish.

Wish Night 2027 Leadership Committee

The Wish Night Leadership Committee is made up of community leaders and supporters who believe in the power of hope to transform lives. Led by Chair Kat Wawner, Founder and CEO of The Category, this volunteer committee has helped elevate the Wish Night gala, the chapter’s signature fundraising event. Members have focused on securing sponsorships, driving fundraising, and spreading awareness so that more life-changing wishes can be granted for children with critical illnesses throughout South Carolina.
