A HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS: Two beautiful homes, two chances to win!

Now in its sixth year, the A Home for the Holidays Raffle is expanding to central Ohio! 3 Pillar Homes is building a gorgeous, 2,100-square-foot, 3-bedroom house in the coveted Evans Farm neighborhood in Lewis Center.

“The home is worth about $850,000, so some lucky winner will either leave with a home or a cash prize," said Brenda Callaghan with the Home Builder's Association of Greater Cleveland.  

Proceeds benefit the HBA's Charitable and Education Foundation and Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Nearly one million dollars has been raised for each organization since the raffle launched in northeast Ohio in 2020. 

“To come together and do something on a scale like this, where we can help many kids that are waiting for their wish to be fulfilled, is so exciting," said Make-A-Wish Central Ohio Advisory Board member Matina Zenios. "There is no measure about how powerful a wish is. It’s everything.”

Petros Homes is building this year's northeast Ohio home in Richfield, Ohio. That home is also valued at $850,000 and features 3-bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3-car garage.

On Christmas Eve, a winner for the new homes or cash prizes will be drawn. $100 tickets are on sale now for both homes at www.hbahomefortheholidays.org.
