NATALIA WISHED TO CREATE A SOUP AND SERVE IT TO THE UNHOMED.

11-year-old Natalia loved to cook with her mom. It was her mom’s soup that helped keep her warm when chemotherapy treatments left her feeling cold, and what ultimately became the inspiration for her wish.Â
Natalia had a compassion for others that was contagious. When asked to choose her one true wish, Natalia said she wanted to help other people. She understood at a young age that a wish is powerful and why she was willing to share hers with the Cincinnati community.Â
Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana paired Natalia with a chef to create a soup that would help keep others warm. On the day her wish came true, Natalia served her soup and passed out blankets to more than 150 unhomed people at one of Cincinnati’s largest shelters. Â
Her wish is a shining example of the power of a wish for children, their families and entire communities.Â

Do you like playing outside? Wish kid Grayson does! For his wish, he wished to give accessible playground equipment to his neighborhood park. After the installation, Greyson and all his neighborhood friends were able to play together.Â

Wish kid Zoe wished to give back to her children's hospital. Knowing and experiencing how much time she spent at the hospital she wanted to give other children battling critical conditions a place just to be a kid, relax, and feel more at home.Â

Wish kid Levi wished to give his wish to his best friend. Emma was by Levi's side and gave him lots of support throughout his medical battle. To say thank you, he wished to send her on a trip.
