Wish Kid Laila’s wish was granted in 2016 to go to Walt Disney World. After months of chemo treatment and radiation for her brain tumor, Laila’s wish was a great escape for her and her family. Laila shared that she had “the time of her life”,getting on a plane and getting to see Mickey Mouse for the first time.

Now, at 13-years-old and 6 years cancer free, Laila wants to give back. She has been getting more and more involved with volunteering for hospitals and Make-A-Wish, the organizations that helped her the most.
