What is your hometown?
Antigo, WI
Where are you attending college and what is your major?
I am in my fourth year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am studying Community and Nonprofit Leadership.
What excites you about interning at Make-A-Wish® Minnesota?
Everything! I love the mission of Make-A-Wish, and the commitment at Make-A-Wish Minnesota to creating an inclusive and intentional space within our organization. I am excited for the learning opportunities this internship will bring, the contributions I will be able to make, and the community I get to work with.
If you could pick one job to do forever (and be guaranteed all the money you need), what job would it be?
I would like to practice employment law and litigation, specifically representing employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits, while simultaneously working for a nonprofit consulting firm that advises different nonprofits on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. These are both jobs that I really want to do in life!
If you could be a Disney® character, who would you be and why?
I would be Minnie Mouse, because she is my niece’s favorite and it would make her so happy to have Minnie Mouse show up to visit!
If you were granted a wish, what would it be?
To go paragliding in the Swiss Alps.
What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?
I wear crocs almost every day – even in winter!

If I were granted a wish, I would wish to go on a trip to Europe with all of my friends because I think having an experience like that with people I love would bring a lot of joy to me.
What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?
Something about me that people would be surprised to know is that I was in the Joffrey Ballet Nutcracker when I was 9 years old and wanted to be a professional dancer for a large amount of my childhood.
