Host an Event
Events can range from golf tournaments to talent shows, car washes to gala dinners, right down to a good old fashioned lemonade stand. If you have an idea you'd like to make happen, the first step is to review our 3rd Party Event Manual and complete the 3rd Party Agreement on the last 2 pages.
Send the completed document to Emily Leavey at eleavey@ocie.wish.org . As soon as we review and approve the agreement, we will work with you to get started!
Waffle Eating Contest on National Waffle Day at Cappy's Cafe raised over $3,000 when the Newport Beach Police and Fire Captains ate as many waffles in 3 minutes. Each waffle eaten raised over $500 for local wish kids!
The Subaru Summer Concert Series at Hyatt Newport Beach raised over $20,000 the summer of 2024 by donating $25 of ticket sales in their charity preferred seating to our chapter. They also collected donations at a Make-A-Wish booth further growing their impact in our local community.
I Survived Real Estate is an annual black-tie event hosted by The Norris Group highlighting real estate trends with proceeds benefiting our chapter. Over the past 17 years, this event has raised over $1 Million for local wish kids and their families!
