This year marked an incredible milestone for our chapter with more funds raised and more wishes granted than ever before. Each wish became a powerful reminder of what hope can do for children and their families as our eastern North Carolina community came together to create moments of joy, strength, and resilience for local wish kids. For 39 years we have been dedicated to serving all medically eligible children who reside in the 49 counties from the Triangle to the coast. Since our founding in 1986, we have granted more than 4,800 wishes at zero cost to the families we serve. But out goal remains the same: to reach every eligible child in our chapter area and grant their wish. With the dedication of our volunteers, staff, board of directors, and supports across eastern North Carolina, we continue to turn moments of uncertainty into moments of magic, one wish at a time.
