SCOTTSDALE, AZ (October 5, 2026) – Make-A-Wish® Arizona, the founding chapter of the global wish-granting organization, is proud to welcome nine accomplished Arizona leaders to its board of directors for fiscal year 2027.
Joining the board are Reed Davis, CFP®, Senior Wealth Advisor with Mariner Wealth Advisors; Judy Ferreira, Executive Director of the Arizona Indian Gaming Association; Kate Hickman, Managing Director of Commercial Banking for Western Alliance Bank; Eric Holt, CFA®, Partner at Cerity Partners; Stacey Mitch, Senior Vice President of Communications for the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury; Scott Ragland, Principal and Executive Vice President for Marsh McLennan Agency; Daniella Voysey Olson, Chief Marketing Officer of Moon Valley Nurseries; Chris White, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Fairmont Scottsdale Princess; and Sung Yu, Vice President of Procurement and Partner Alliances at Insight.

Their collective expertise and community connections will help Make-A-Wish Arizona continue to grow its statewide reach and build the partnerships and resources needed to serve more eligible children throughout the state.
The appointments come as Make-A-Wish Arizona closes out fiscal year 2026 having granted 427 wishes for Arizona children with critical illnesses, creating life-changing experiences that bring hope and joy to children and their families when they need it most.
“Every wish begins with a community that believes in what is possible for a child facing a critical illness,” said Fran Mallace, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Arizona. “As we look toward the future, these nine leaders bring tremendous expertise, statewide connections and a shared commitment to Arizona. Their leadership will help us strengthen our reach, build new partnerships and ensure more children can experience the life-changing power of a wish.”
Make-A-Wish Arizona also welcomes its fiscal year 2027 board leadership: Dena Zell of Capital Asset Management as Board Chair; Pamela Crim, retired CEO of the Better Business Bureau Serving Southern Arizona, as Vice Chair; Loraine Murrietta of Tallwave as Treasurer; and Doug Halbert, retired Vice President of Tech Data, Global Lifecycle Management, as Secretary.
The Make-A-Wish Arizona board now includes 33 members representing a diverse range of industries and expertise, as well as communities throughout the state. Board members volunteer their time and leadership to support the organization through governance, fundraising, strategic guidance and community engagement, helping Make-A-Wish Arizona reach eligible children across Arizona with the hope and joy of a wish.
