Over the years, Alex has organized peer-to-peer fundraisers, volunteered at Make-A-Wish Arizona making signs and friendship bracelets for wish kids, and rallied her network to donate during her annual holiday toy and bike drive.

Each effort fuels the Wish Journey for local wish kids, and Alex finds immense joy and satisfaction in supporting children with critical illnesses.

Alex has also seen firsthand the ripple effect that her fundraising creates among others in her community.

"The really cool thing is there’s not a one size fits all when you look at how you can be involved with Make-A-Wish," she shared. "It is very accommodating to anyone’s lifestyle, anyone’s availability."
