During treatment, Caleb discovered that cooking healthy meals brought him comfort, strength, and a sense of control. Quiet trips to H‑E‑B became a bright spot in his routine, where he hand-picked fresh produce, quality proteins, dairy, and his favorite nuts and trail mixes. With dedication to nutrition and fitness, he went from slow walks… to running miles… to earning his spot back on the varsity basketball team. 

Today, Caleb, now a college student, is focused on becoming even stronger - and dreaming big about a future in food science and nutrition.
