Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana Leads the Way at 45th Annual Global Conference

Our chapter was awarded the 2025 Wish Innovation Award, a global recognition given to just one chapter worldwide! This award celebrates the extraordinary wish of Aria, who selflessly wished for 1,000 trees to be planted – a wish that came true on April 12, 2025 thanks to the dedication of Jeralyn Baños, and Kelly Kersh, who helped lead the wish with the support of our dedicated staff and community of wishmakers. Aria’s wish was one of 650 life-changing wishes granted by our chapter last fiscal year.

We’re also proud to have received the 2025 Fundraising Excellence Recognition Award for raising over $7 million, celebrating our year-over-year growth and being one of the first chapters to establish the Starblazer Award with "The Monty" being our first wish alumni award.
