Dylan's wish for a Pomeranian puppy doubles his joy!
Will you double your impact by giving today?
Dylan, 10, was diagnosed with a heart condition at a young age, and since then, much of his life has been shaped by treatments and careful routines.
Through it all, one thing remained constant — his dream of having a puppy by his side.
When Dylan found out he was eligible for a wish, it was no surprise to his parents what he would choose.
“He's always wanted a puppy, but it wasn’t a possibility for us to buy him one,” shared his mom, Graciela.
Dylan wished for a Pomeranian puppy, a small, loyal friend he could feed, play with and grow up by his side.
The day of his wish reveal, Dylan could hardly contain his excitement.
He was joined at the Wish House by his parents, Make-A-Wish Arizona staff, his wish manager, and our friends at Walmart, who helped pick out toys, treats, and all the essentials to make Dylan’s wish even more special.
When Dylan saw his puppy for the first time, his face lit up with pure joy.

Dylan reached out to pet his new fur-ever friend for the first time – a tiny, two-pound black and white Pomeranian, full of love and energy.
“He’s so handsome and small,” said Dylan, jumping up and down and beaming as he cradled his puppy and walked him around the room, showing him off to everyone.
“I can’t wait to play with him more,” Dylan said. “I’ve always wanted a puppy.”
While the perfect name is still to come, Dylan’s wish has already left a lasting mark. With his puppy by his side, each day brings him healing and hope for brighter days to come.
