Local Jersey Mike’s stores raise over $100,000 for Idaho children with critical illnesses
Boise, ID: The Treasure Valley Jersey Mike’s locations raised $108,857 for Make-A-Wish® Idaho during March 2025 — aka The Month of Giving. Customers were able to donate at the registers of the restaurants throughout the month, and on March 26, the Treasure Valley locations donated 100% of their sales to Make-A-Wish Idaho, an organization that grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.
Jersey Mike’s celebrates the Month of Giving nationwide in March with franchise owners choosing their mission-aligned charities to benefit. Last year, the Treasure Valley Jersey Mike’s selected Make-A-Wish Idaho and raised $68,218. In 2025, the goal was to raise $70,000, and that goal was vastly exceeded with the Broadway location in Boise raising the most. The average cash cost of a wish is $7,500 and the money raised during the Month of Giving is enough to fully fund 14 wishes. Make-A-Wish Idaho is aiming to grant 130 wishes this year, including Faith’s wish who was the face of the campaign.
Faith is a thirteen-year-old with a nervous system disorder from the Treasure Valley. Her wish is to meet her favorite country music singer. Make-A-Wish Idaho believes that it will be able to grant Faith’s wish and many others in 2025 thanks, in no small part, to this fundraiser. Faith’s mom, Kristi, said that “Having that [a wish] brings her a lot of joy and something to look forward to and a light to her eyes that wouldn’t otherwise be there, so it means everything to her.”
“Our Month of Giving where we have the opportunity to partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and make wishes for children like Faith is really special. It’s the heart of who we are,” said Jenny Kottman, marketing coordinator for the Treasure Valley Jersey Mike’s.
