Student WishMakers
Student WishMakers is the new, unified identity for all school and youth-led fundraising at Make-A-Wish. It’s a student-led movement, supported by teachers, coaches, parents and community leaders, with a voice that’s empowering, authentic and welcoming.
Contact us at hberglin@arizona.wish.org for tools to get started with creating a fundraising project that can be completed by an individual, a club or group of friends, or with a community youth group.
Youth Leadership Council (YLC)
Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a group of students representing dozens of high schools from around the valley, dedicated to learning and sharing the Make-A-Wish Mission! Youth Leadership Council members attend monthly meetings at our Wish House, and work together on fundraising projects to help share the power of a wish in their very own communities.
YLC members also engage in experiences offering growth in leadership, professional development, and networking that will be helpful in college, at work and beyond.
Please contact Halah Berglin at hberglin@arizona.wish.org with any questions.
Our Pillars

Fundraise: Host a fundraiser within your community or campus to help grant wishes.
Volunteer: Join us for volunteer days at local nonprofit organizations each semester.
