This position works closely with the VP of Major Gifts and VP of Marketing and Community Engagement to ensure the organization’s advancement culture, systems, and procedures support overall Advancement execution. This position provides leadership for our Corporate Partnerships and Impact Fund in support of the organization’s revenue goals and mission in every way. Works closely with the CEO and VP of Major Gifts to ensure Advisory Boards are in alignment with Governing Board Gold Standard of operations expectations and supporting the Chapter’s Advancement and Mission Delivery annual goals and objectives.

Advancement Director of Corporate Engagement

We're looking for an innovative individual to lead the Corporate Engagement team at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Join our team and cultivate relationships with corporate prospects and partners to help grant wishes across our Chapter. This role executes strategies around corporate sponsorships, cause marketing partnerships, employee engagement initiatives, internal event sponsorship and other corporate donor engagement opportunities to advance our mission. The right candidate has 7+ years’ work experience in development, including experience with annual campaigns and public relations and knowledge of fund development.

Mission Discovery Specialist  
(Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN)
Full-Time Hybrid

The Mission Discovery Specialist executes the mission of our organization by fulfilling children’s wish experiences, serving primarily as the point of contact for wish families in the onboarding stages of the mission delivery journey. This position is our organization’s primary contact with the wish family throughout the onboarding experience to determine and understand their wish. This position is responsible for working with the child’s medical team and family to set the expectations to provide the best experience and fit for each of our wish kids.

Advancement Officer 
(Louisville, KY, Indianapolis, IN)

We're looking for a proven fundraiser to join the largest chapter of Make-A-Wish in the country! In this role, you will help engage new partners to support the Make-A-Wish mission and cultivate and grow existing relationships with supporters. The right candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in the fundraising space and be an active member in the community.
