Wish kid Abigail is a sweet and adventurous 12-year-old from Raeford with cancer. She’s also a current black belt in Tae Kwon Do and avid painter, and she enjoys cooking, hunting and fishing with her dad, along with dance, gymnastics, and softball. Abigail really does it all!

After her cancer diagnosis, life changed quickly for Abigail. Doctor's appointments and hospital visits for treatment took the place of prior gymnastics or dance classes. However, this doesn’t dim Abigail’s light. She continues to be the sweet, joyous girl she is!

Abigail wished to go to Walt Disney World®. On her wish trip, she left behind thoughts of hospitals and doctors' offices and was simply a kid again! She also experienced the superheroes and rides at §  Disney’s Universal Studios® and meet her favorite animals under the sea at Sea World®. Abigail’s trip was filled with family fun, delight, and relaxation.

We’re thrilled that Abigail enjoyed her wish trip to Disney World. Wishes are an essential part of treatment and the recovery process.
