San Diego’s most scenic half marathon - the seventh annual Kaiser Permanente Thrive Half Marathon & 5K benefiting Make-A-Wish San Diego encourages the community to “Thrive” by staying active, eating healthy, living well and giving back. The scenic loop course starts and ends at Vacation Isle in Mission Bay and features 13.1 miles of fast and flat stretches, bay views and ocean breezes. The 5k course is a scenic 3.1-mile loop course around Crown Point. Participants can donate to Make-A-Wish at checkout or register as a charity runner to fundraise additional dollars for the cause!
