A Donor-Advised Fund, or DAF, is a powerful giving tool that allows you to make a lasting impact while also maximizing the tax benefits of charitable donations. By recommending a grant to Make-A-Wish New Mexico through your DAF, you’ll help us bring hope, strength, and joy to New Mexican children.

A DAF is a charitable giving vehicle that allows you to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from your fund over time. You can contribute to the fund as frequently as you like, and then recommend grants to your charities, like Make-A-Wish New Mexico. 

It's easy to make a gift to Make-A-Wish New Mexico through a DAF. If you have an account with Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or other entity that distributes through a DAF, access the DAF Direct link to make a gift conveniently from your account. Fill in the institution, the designation (how the funds are to be used) and the gift amount.

Monthly Donations through a DAF 
You can schedule monthly gifts to Make-A-Wish New Mexico through your DAF. 

You can also make monthly gifts by credit card.  

Just as you can include a charity as a beneficiary of your IRA or insurance policy, you can name Make-A-Wish New Mexico as the successor beneficiary of your Donor Advised Fund.
