I've been working as a Database Administrator and Analyst for the past two months.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working at Make-A-Wish?

Knowing that my abilities are being used for the greater good. When we talk about data, we don't necessarily link it with all types of businesses, yet it is vital for all.

What is one of your favorite wish experiences?

One of my favorite moments was being able to participate in the wishes and meet lovely individuals. Because I am multilingual, I have been able to assist and participate in fulfilling their wishes.

Are there any personal, fun facts you'd like to share?

I'm fascinated with coffee; I drink it like water because I enjoy the flavor. It does not give me any energy or enthusiasm.

What advice (if any) would you give to new volunteers?

My one piece of advice is to always be yourself and remember to follow the purpose. Enjoy each step and meet beautiful individuals.
