Planned Giving

The wish experience serves a unique, vital role in helping strengthen and empower children battling critical illnesses. With your support, Make-A-Wish® Minnesota will continue to make life better for these kids and their families.
You have the power to make wishes come true well beyond your lifetime. By including a gift to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Minnesota in your estate plan, you help ensure that we can continue to provide hope, strength and joy to future generations of children with critical illnesses. This type of gift, called a planned gift, is a way to balance your financial goals and create a legacy that will impact wish kids for years to come.
We are pleased to share the Gift Illustrator tool with you. You can use this tool to help determine which type of planned gift will best meet your financial needs, while making a significant gift to support future wish kids. (Please contact your tax advisor to discuss your specific circumstances.)
With one simple sentence, you can make a gift through your will or living trust. Our preferred bequest language is below, which can be shared with your attorney when drafting a bequest intention.
I give the sum of $___ (or ___% of the estate or description of property) to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Minnesota, 1919 University Ave W Suite 415, St. Paul, MN 55104, Tax ID: 41-1422893, to be used or disposed of as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Already named us as a beneficiary? Let us know! We would like to welcome you into our Legacy of Wishes Society, a special group for those who have included Make-A-Wish Minnesota in their estate plans.
