Flight to the North Pole
Sun Country Airlines® and Make-A-Wish® Minnesota invite your wish child to experience Sun Country’s 17th annual Flight to the North Pole.
- WHO: Wish kids and their siblings 2-10 years old who believe in the magic and spirit of Santa. One adult per family is allowed at the gate.
- WHERE: MSP Airport Hubert H. Humphrey - Terminal 2
- WHEN: Tuesday, December 10, 2024
Each wish child, siblings between 2-10 years old and one parent/guardian will receive a boarding pass. Snack size sandwiches will be provided by Subway and water and chips will be provided by Sun Country to enjoy in the gate area prior to “flight.”
All attendees (children and adults) must register.
To participate in Sun Country Airlines' Flight to the North Pole, all adults must bring their photo ID and have filled out the event release form for all participants (click the button below).

Event timeline: 4:30 P.M. Arrive/Park at MSP Airport Terminal 2 (Complimentary parking at Terminal 2) 4:30-4:45 P.M. Check In 4:45-5:00 P.M. Security 5:00-5:30 P.M. Light Dinner & Letter Writing to Santa in Gate Area 5:30-5:45 P.M. Board Flight to North Pole 5:45-6:15 P.M. Simulated Flight to North Pole 6:15 P.M. Arrive at the North Pole 6:15-6:30 P.M.
