Make-A-Wish Minnesota invites you to create artwork inspired by your favorite fall activity! In October, we are launching a new event to bring all our Minnesota friends together virtually to celebrate fall.  One element of the event will be an online art contest!  To participate, simply submit your child’s artwork within the fall themes provided below. Five finalists from each age group will advance to the online voting portion of the contest.  The artist’s piece that raises the most funds in each age group will win a $25 gift card to Target!  Your artwork may also be featured in a Make-A-Wish marketing campaign in the future!

Artwork must be received by Make-A-Wish Minnesota staff by October 23, 2020 to be considered. All participants must complete the following authorization form to be considered for selection. 

Submission Details:

• Each wish child and/or sibling may submit one piece of their artwork within the themes provided.
• Artwork can take the creative form of drawings, sketches, paintings, watercolors, beadwork, yarn, etc.
• Please take a photo of your artwork and submit your artwork and authorization form to Alicia Wiesneth in one of the following ways:

• The age groups are as follows:
  • 2-6 years old
  • 7-11 years old               
  • 12-16 years old                
  • 17 years old+

Five finalists from each age group will be featured in our first-ever virtual Fall Fest online fundraiser, to be held October 28-31, 2020, where participants will donate to vote on their favorite pieces of art.  The artist in each age group with the highest donation total at the end of the event will win a Target gift card!  The winning artists will be notified by November 6, 2020 by email or phone.
