Macy's Believe Campaign

The Macy's Believe campaign invites believers of all ages to write letters to Santa and send them through Macy's. For each letter received, Macy’s will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish^®, up to $1 million nationwide. 

Now through December 24, visit macys.com/believe to write your letters online or, bring your letters to you local Macy's store to mail them in the red Macy's letterbox. 

The Believe campaign is a wonderful opportunity for schools, community groups, businesses, and other organizations to celebrate the spirit of the season and help make wishes come true for children with critical illnesses! Other ways to support wishes with Macy's this holiday season:

• In-Store Register Round Up - Nov. 1 through Nov. 19, 2021
  Customers can round up their purchases and donate their change, up to $0.99, at the register in all Macy’s stores to benefit Make-A-Wish.
• Digital Donations - Nov. 1 through Dec. 24, 2021
  Customers can make online donations to Make-A-Wish through macys.com.  
• Believe Bracelets - Available through December 31, 2021
  The 2021 special edition Believe bracelet is available in-store and online at macys.com; $2 of every $4 bracelet purchase price goes to Make-A-Wish.
• National Believe Week – Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, 2021, join us by:
  • Writing Your Letters for Double the Donation - For every letter to Santa received online or in-store from Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, Macy’s will double its donation from $1 to $2 per letter to Make-A-Wish, up to an additional $1 million.
  • Holding a Letter-Writing Party – Get together (safely!) with friends, family, classmates, co-workers, or community members and write your letters to Santa! Arrange to deliver in-store during National Believe Week and double the donation, or host a virtual letter writing party.
