What if you could help make a child's life-changing wish come true?
It's possible—and it starts with Student WishMakers®!
Watch our brief introduction
Inspiring kids to have an impact in their community, the Student WishMakers® program (formerly known as Kids For Wish Kids) engages students, schools, and youth organizations in philanthropy and service activities in partnership with Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The program encourages community service, leadership, volunteerism, and teamwork. It builds team spirit and gives students hands-on experience fundraising to help create life-changing wishes for children fighting critical illnesses.
Each year, we partner with thousands of students, schools, and youth groups across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We empower kids with the opportunity to lead and make significant impact in their school and community. Students learn the importance of giving back and see firsthand how their efforts can positively impact the lives of others.
Additionally, Student WishMakers provides a mechanism for building school spirit while creating an additional partnership between children and teachers outside of the classroom.
Wishes have proven emotional benefits on wish kids and have far-reaching, positive impact on families and communities. This life-changing work is only possible with the support of caring and conscious community members like YOU.
